One problem I did find is I get this error if I chose to download a picture from the internet. Everything appears to work fine but when I go to save, I get the attached error. I did not have this problem in the previous version.

A personal preference would be to put the plot first on the detail pop-up. Currently the cast is first. I think a summary of the plot is more important than the cast.

You can change the order they display from within config can't you?

Yea, your right. I had not noticed that. Now I've got it set up just like I wanted, thanks.

Does the image save? I cannot seem to recreate this problem, If it still exists after I post the new version on the Wiki (later today I hope), post another reply and include the log file (or snippet around the error) and I'll take a look.

I've been seeing a funny thing with this. I modify everything and get the order I want displayed just like I want it. Then I check it and everything looks good. Later on I notice it has changed back to the default settings. This seems to happen when I use the popcorn hour to pull up MovieWiz. After that then every TV is back to displaying MovieWiz with the default setup. I'm not sure what is going on, it looks like something is overwriting my config and putting everything back to default in Moviewiz when I view it on the popcorn hour.

As I can't see any new movies loaded in MovieWiz (This thread), I made a backup of the old db, nuked it and started anew. This time I used MyMovies 3 to create xml-files for all movies. But only the DVDs is loaded in Moviewiz, not my avis. There are xml-files for all of them.

The only difference I can see is that the dvds have two sets of xml-files, one in the first folder as well as one in Video_ts.
If I take the example from this thread, this is my structure:
Code:
d:\Movies
      +--\Witness
      |        +--Witness.mpg
      |        +--mymovies.xml
      |        +--mymovies-Front.jpg
+--\Chicken Run (this is a dvd)
               +--mymovies.xml
               +--mymovies-Front.jpg
               +--\VIDEO-TS
                        +--mymovies.xml
                        +--mymovies-Front.jpg

I did a clean install with 1.0.28.6

As I read this thread, it should work. Right?

Yes, but I believe it will only reference the mymovies.xml & image right under the dvd directory (i.e. not in the video_ts directory).

OK, but the problem is that I get the info on the dvds but not the AVIs (nor mkv).
Thatas the problem.

Ah, ok, maybe there is a bug in the way I handle mymovies.xml lookup for other entries (i.e. NOT DVD). I'll take a look as I get some time.
