No, it shouldn't do. Hopefully the most recent code update to improve the buffering will help with this though.

I'm sure wileecoyote will package it up a bit later for you to try.

I don't get it, if I clone your git and compile the whole thing it will include the log flooding and cpu hog, but if I compile only your plugin it works.

Hard to answer that one. Its going to vary a lot depending on what type of content you're using SD vs HD, or what type of video you're watching MPEG2 vs H.264, and how fast your CPU is, and whether hardware acceleartion features of your video card are used.

That most recent code update did fix a CPU usage issue for KRA though, so it'll probably help you on that front.

Sounds like you've got an old version of it floating around somewhere if you're getting those messages I removed.

Sorry, if anyone downloaded linux plugin last half hour, it contained the "bug" I've replaced it with the one that should work now.

But Sub, with this version I have some problems changing channels, the backend change, but xbmc will not start the stream. When change channel, it says buffering, but never start, so I press stop and start the same channel, its on almost instant.

It's time for bed now, so I don't have time to debug/test, will get back to it later.

The latest is my source code repository at https://github.com/sub3/xbmc-pvr-addons.

wileecoyote's binaries page at http://www.dotnetdevelopers.net/XBMC/xbmcpvr.html has last night's build. It doesn't include the updates I did for KRA a couple of hours ago though.

ah.. 1.0.0 works good enough for me at the moment.. i'm a real noob when it comes to building stuff.. especially on windows when you need a secondary program for it.. any way you can make a repo for this? Wink

thanks for your hard work.. this is the best pvr addon i've used for hdhomerun prime..

edit: read it wrong again.. i'll wait for wileecoyote's binaries Wink

depens a lot on your system, what kind of computer, os, gfx card etc.

My gfx card does all the work, so fullscreen cpu use is 15-20% on hd channel, window though it's double, seems xbmc menu is very cpu intensive.
