EPG won't update since installing 3.8.3

Thanks Graham, yes i did try "nextpvr.exe -updatedb" using cmd prompt (as admin) and all it did was open the app and there was no difference to the epg. I will do as you ask and start a new thread with logs. cheers

OK, my apologies, after I ran the "...updatedb" cmd and nothing happened - I expected it to correct itself at that point - I then re-ran the EPGUpdate as you requested and when it finished, bingo, all EPG data was loaded instantly. So its all good now .

You might want to add the bit about re-running EPGUpdate after running the cmd whenever you respond to this issue. I wasn't aware of the need to do that... cheers

Just wanted to let you guys know that as of this morning everything is working just great, the EPG updated as scheduled, although I still don't know what the cause of the problem was, remapping the channels seemed to be the answer. Thanks for all your help
