Ok yes the size of the file is 1/3 of that so that should be about 10 minutes.

Also did you try the timeshifting option in Kodi I suggested with the larger pre buffer?

Okay, I didnt see any setting inside of kodi to adjust the timeshfit pre buffer, so i made an advancedsettings.xml with

same thing.

Sorry I have been using Matrix for so long that I forgot that in Leia you need to go into Extended Timeshift to change that in the addon settings. You can also play with the chuck size.

Okay in Npvr in advanced I changed the Pre-buffer time in seconds to 15(max) no change with glitching I even upped the Live TV Chunk Size to max as well, no change

File looks great. I am going to have to pass this to sub it must be somehow related to the http streamer not the m3u8 downloader after trying the extra test.

The only thing I can offer is the streamer consistently is needing 1316 bytes every time the streamer stalls on input to kodi or the web app which doesn't seem random enough for my liking.

well I guess ill go back to iptv merge and simple pvr till there is any more things to test

If Kodi is your preferred client and you only need non timeshifted live tv iptvsimple is probably a better choice anyway. It is odd that sub doesn't hear this but it could be that spdif is more susceptible to timing issues.

A few things that could be tested.

1. Kodi matrix in portable mode. Install to a separate folder and use the -p command line option to see if a new ffmpeg on the client helps

2. change the extra to stream in real time by adding a -re to the args eg. <args>-re and delete and read it.

3. use LiveStreams.xml for the bad URL's which should play them in an iptvsimple mode. Not too bad if you only have a few.
