That fixed up some missing sqlite functions but not the core issue.

Another file that I don't have need seems to being called.  It is in the Windows distribution.  Maybe try it in /opt/nextpvr/system

Thanks for info. Now all 4 tuners shows on devices and channel scan is working

Actually that file might need to be in the system path so move it to /usr/lib

Can you change your Ubuntu to English from suomi? I am curious if it is a globalization issue.

It works! Needed to purge remove nextpvr-helper and then I reinstalled NextPVR while Ubuntu in English. It doesn't work if language is Finnish when first time starting NextPVR. After that language can switch back to Finnish.

Very odd I switched to FInnish system wide and NextPVR still created npvr.db3 ok from empty.db3

I still have some problems. If I quickly change between channels playback on Kodi will freeze and after that I can't get live tv to work on Kodi or web server until I restart nextpvr-server.

I don't think your conf file are valid, /var/opt/nextpvr/adapter?-DVB-C-channels.conf These iles should all be the same if you have merge the channels.
