Then if both worked does that mean you don't have any a/v problem with NextPVR.exe today?

It means that at 11:50 last night I renamed the old file and put in the new file and it worked. Then I swapped them back, and it worked. This morning I tried again, and it worked both ways. This is one file, tried for a few minutes. That is why I asked if my exiting NextPVR, renaming old all, putting in new all, was a valid test method. I will plan on using the new all until I get it to fail, when watching shows.

Yeah just use the new one.
I think on most systems either version of the dll would have been fine, but the old version was somewhat at the mercy of how accurate the clock source was on your machine. The updated one forces the clock to the audio renderer being used. I’m sure this will be more reliable for av sync.

Rebooted PC to start fresh. Started watching ABC News, while it was recording. Don't think I fast forwarded at all. Suddenly, audio got choppy, and very delayed. Hit Stop, then Resume, and it was fine again.
Log files will be attached shortly when recording is done. I can upload video made with my phone if needed to show what I am saying happened.

If you find a specific recording that is problematic, with issues more likely to happen, it’d be good if you could get that to me.

Uploaded the one that just happened. I also uploaded video from my phone (Copy of ...), so you can see and hear it happen. Sorry, I turned the phone to get it landscape, and of course the video stayed portrait, so it's 90 degrees. You can clearly hear the audio screwed up, and should be able to see that the video is ahead of the audio. As I said, I then hit STOP, then RESUME, and it was fine. Hopefully you can see that in the logs. Let me know if I can remove the Jimmy Kimmel files from my Google Drive, and the old log file that goes with it. No rush on those. Thank you.

Does the Jimmy Kimmel file work now with the new dll?

I would keep it as a benchmark than if sub has other ideas. If you are interested try with y3 on that reference file.
