With v1.0.20.1 (3 March 09) SkinPlugin is ok but weather2 fails to start.

Javawiz, any thoughts?
Are there any log files that indicate what is going wrong (in either version)?

Weather2 is fine with both versions, I think it was crashing before because I didn't have any locations configured.

Here are the logs from 2 runs. One showing a working SkinPlugin and the older WizUI dll, and showing the SkinPlugin crash with the new WizUI dll.

Here is a new version of WizUiHelper.DLL. I've added additional logging messages. In order to enable the control logging, add (or update) the following iin your config.xml. It belongs in the PluginSettings/WizUtilities section.

Code:
<PluginSettings>
.....
    <WizUtilities>
[B]       <ControlDebugLogging>true</ControlDebugLogging>[/B]
      .....
    </WizUtilities>
....
<PluginSettings>

Same result (and runs like a dog).

Hope these logs are of use.

Ok, glad to say I have located the problem in WizUiList. I believe I got over agressive trying to clean up awhile back and solve a memory leak and Disposed of objects before their time...

I am working on a couple other items, and am not quite ready to release this version to the public, but give it a try and see if it solves your problem.

Can you turn on the control logging as described in post 45? Cause the crash, zip and post logs, then turn off control logging.
