Doctor Who 10/5 and Grey's anatomy 9/5. Should be in these logs.

I've only checked Doctor Who 10/5. It looks like every thing was going fine from the app's perspective, started/stopped at the correct time, didnt encounter any unexpected errors, but the device didn't manage to lock onto a signal, so it never delivered any data.

Yep, so it says. Why Gb-pvr never failed with same tuner? Same issue in other pc with other tuner.

I dont know, but as far as I can tell it's not a problem of NextPVR's making. I'm guessing it's some quirk to the drivers of this device.

You could try setting <TuneTwiceOnDigitalChannels> to 'true' in config.xml. It might help.

I have two different tuner device, which drivers are same, as GB-pvr time. Both have same failing problem with Npvr.
I'll try that TuneTwice setting.

Edit: Should it be there already? I didn't see it there, added <TuneTwiceOnDigitalChannels>true</TuneTwiceOnDigitalChannels> to recording section. Right?

Outside the NPVR/software end, have you confirmed what sort of signal strengh/quality you're getting.

Could be a cabling issue afecting both tuners. Perhaps the broadcast strengh in your area was tweaked and you're getting borderline signal strengh from your antenna.

I would mention hardware failure (perfectly possible for a tuner to "work" ok with a tuner chip - install correctly but tunes nothing), but although possible, having both tuners fryed/fail the exact same way would be strange.

VLC supports dvb-t tuning (I myself use for quick testings). Test your tuners to see if you are indeed receiving a good signal. If the tuning fails or shows issues in vlc also, then the issue is definitely non-NPVR related.

No. Tuners are connected different antennas in different network. All other receivers work, as they should. Only Npvr fails. There is not much time, when I unistalled last Gb-pvr setup, and it worked fine.
Npvr did failing also back then.

Don't take the wrong way, I don't want to be pushy, but have you tried using the tuners with another software (like VLC for example) other than NPVR?

You said you tried viewing NPVR's _recordings_ with VLC, but I didn't read any mention of trying the tuners with another software. I lost count to the number of times I lose hours troubleshooting something only to discover that the "that works, so no need to check there" was where the problem lied.

NPVR (supposedly) works with AF9015 based tuners (I use one as a substitute of my fried usb Nova-T), and I don't have any of the issues you're reporting. That's not to say that NPVR can't be the culprit. Just that it's odd that both are failing the same way...

They're not the same app, and they dont do things exactly the same way, so it could easily be showing a driver bug that GBPVR is lucky to avoid by doing driver calls in a slightly different order. From you logs, I'm sure NextPVR is doing all the right calls, but for whatever reason your device isn't locking onto a signal, which ultimately leads to a recording with no data.

If it's not, then yes add it to the <Recording> section.
