Your problems on this thread began before you even installed v5 but in any case.

You need to run as admin

net stop "NextPVR Service"
sc delete "NextPVR Service"

Then you can remove the program folder you added and c:\users\public\NPVR-data

That's not a Kodi debug log.  Best to created an advancedsettings.xml  with level https://kodi.wiki/view/Advancedsettings.xml#loglevel 1 until we figure out what your problem is.
