I'm assuming that when it tries to find the GB-PVR Parser filter that it is looking in the registry for that is that correct? If so could it have to do with maybe the fact that the GBPVRRecording service runs under the system account? I only wonder about this because when I run it manually it works and when I run it automatically it doesn't but it might be running as a different user when run automatically.

Yes, that is part of the problem. That said, if it cant find the GB-PVR Parser it should use the Microsoft "MPEG-2 Splitter" as a backup, which it appears to be doing.

Try that updated version and see how you get on.

Well I think I found a fix for why it can't find the GB-PVR Parser. I decided to completely remove the Parser using regsvr32 /u GBPVRParser.ax. I ran that command about 5 times just to make sure it was gone then used the direct show filter manager to make sure it was gone. Then I reloaded the file using regsvr32 GBPVRParser.ax and low and behold it seems to be working when run automatically and manually. I can try your fix though when I get a chance and see if the MPEG-2 Splitter as a backup is working. Thanks for all your help on this matter though.

Update:
Removed the Parser and ran again, it found the MPEG-2 Splitter however there will be no audio, the graph looks similar to the previous screenshots where there was no audio.

Would some of the other users please post back once they try completely removing the GBPVRParser and reinstalling it and let us know if they are then able to run the convert process automatically.
