Done. Finally outlook pushed it out through the POP Server. Hate that thing.
The links work fine. I get the files. I just can't open them after they are d/l'd k.

jksmurf Wrote:I'm feeling like a bit of a noddy for it not working, but its really not.I used the one above. I tried it about 20 times now with opera 8.5. It works about 1 out of 3 times for me, the rest of the times it seems to be corrupt. Weird.
I'm not always right

That particular one does not work for me either (IE 6.0)...

OK, as pointed out in some other thread, it's the built in windows unzipper who has the problem, worked fine in winrar....
Hey, I can't edit my own post or start new threads - even though I'm logged in???

just to add my 2c, the main forum address is still not working for me, nor rafbo.
A quick run-down on the dns entries: forum.gbpvr.com CNAME titaniumsoft.net (soa is ns1/2/3/4.everydns.net) titaniumsoft.net A 69.26.179.130 (soa is dns-a/b/c/d/e.titaniumsoft.net) 69.26.179.130 is telling me "Bad Request (Invalid Hostname)", so it looks like that webserver isn't set up to serve requests for 'forum.gbpvr.com' yet. The link posted by jksmurf worked on the first attempt, Firefox cached it - so it works each time I retry it.

You should be using forums.gbpvr.com (with an 's'). I also just recently added forum.gbpvr.com, because a few people seem to be using this link. I'll need to ask the hosting guy to make sure the virtual name is setup as well. For now just switch to using forums.gbpvr.com

yea, i noticed that. It would be cool if http://forum.gbpvr.com/forums/someurlhere.php redirected to http://forums.gbpvr.com/sameurlhere.php. I think that forum (without s) was where the old forums were set up, so a lot of external links were not working (like ones in older emails, etc)
