how hard is it to get to your dish
do you have a set top box free view tuner box. if you do whats the signal strength

only has to be moved like mm to get it wrong or right

Easy as to get at,.. I have a strong set top I could put on it to test signal

yip thats the ticket
stick it on and go to tuning screen or wherever you get a signal meter flick between tv3 and tv2 to see that you get a strong signal/matching signal on both
try left and right first
then up and down
also the lnb(little receiverr bit) you can sometimes get a better signal moving that closer to the dish/or away and the angle of this is important also

Sig level is 86%

Quality is between 69% - 73% mostly sits round 72%

if its not sitting still it shows it bad

i used to be in forest lake/maeroa now in dinsdale signal/quality should be around 90 to 100 otherwise you will get issues
its worth fixing it

with a 1M dish you should be getting 100% signal
i have small dish i take away with in me and its only like 300mm and can get almost full signal
set top boxes are way more forging than pc tuners

I'll get an installer to put his meter on it and sort it out,.. I could try twecking it and jus make it worse

Jus had a look it's not as clear line of site as I thought, the sky dish is in front of it a bit

nah do it yourself they are useless
just make where it is to start with then you can always put it back to where you started its really not that hard but you do really need someone below telling you how the signal is
hook into the sky dish then and see if your signal is any better

I managed to get the signal to 87% so not much gained,.. WMC is working on all channels but GB-PVR isn't at moment

Got me bet
