[HDPVR/Colossus] Channel Changing with NPVR Addon

For me I absolutely need that patch on a NextPVR PC client.

Same here, helped with channel changing for me on PC Clients, but LiveTV is still freezing like crazy since 2.5.9.

I made the patch list description a little more generic; I guess in just about any instance a patch for Colossus applies to HD-PVR and vice-versa.
