it is WinXP Pro.

I just re-booted and ran the re-registerfilters.bat file again.

Here is another update after running the .bat file. What log file contains the error that you are seeing?

I found this string in the config.exe-1.log

2008-05-10 10:16:51.546 VERBOSE [1] FILTERCHECK: GB-PVR PSI Parser is present

I just set a manual recording on CBS for 10 minutes. Lets see what happens

The last set of logs you posted looks like the recording started fine but cancelled. Try setting <BDACheckSignalStatusDuringRecording>1</BDACheckSignalStatusDuringRecording> to "1" in config.xml

Also, make sure that you added PVRx2.exe and GBPVRRecordingService.exe to your firewall exceptions if you are running a firewall.

Thanks.

Just added GBPVRRecordingService.exe as an exception to firewall. PVRx2.exe was already in and checked.

There were several copied of config.xml. I edited the one in the ...Devnz\GBPVR\ directory.

The file said:

<BDACheckSignalStatusDuringRecording>0</BDACheckSignalStatusDuringRecording>

I changed it to
<BDACheckSignalStatusDuringRecording>1</BDACheckSignalStatusDuringRecording>

I see now that the file that is being recorded is no longer zero length. There is only one .ts file in the folder this time. The file is also playable while recording using VLC.

This is a very good sign.
