DVB-T Radio Support

I'm having some trouble, installed as described in the wiki, I open the plugin and it prompts to scan for channels, nothing seems to happen

Many apologies - my bad. I won't go in to details suffice to say if I had a brain I'd be dangerous. :o

I've just uploaded v1.2.3060.34360 to the wiki - it fixes the problem. The skin zip and logos zip haven't changed.

Thanks for the swift response, that version found stations very quickly and works on my main system.

Unfortunately my MVP doesn't seem to like it and reboots every time I select the plugin.

Could you post your MVP-pvrx2.exe.log file for when you tried this?

I haven't tested this version on my MVP but it's basically the same as the previous version (just with fixed channel scanning). I'm pretty sure the previous version worked fine on my MVP.

I reproduced the problem [edit: of loosing keyboard control] and attached the pvrx2 logs.

FYI: all keyboard control in pvrx2 is lost when I reproduce the problem, even when it is back at the main menu. it's fine once i restart it.

I'm not really sure. One strange thing I can see is that after you've returned to the Main Menu (after stopping dvbt radio etc.), these key presses appear in your logs...

They are, as they suggest, the down arrow being pressed at the same time as the Ctrl key. You don't have a 'sticky' Ctrl key on your keyboard do you?

I've fixed the problem by reinstalling .net framework and restarting the mvp.

OK - that's good to know. I'd just tried it on the MVP a few minutes ago and looked OK so I wasn't sure where to go from there anyway.

I've just tried installing this on v1.2.9 and when I try and enter the DVB-T Radio section in the menu I get a JIT error. Here's the relevent lines from pvrx2.exe.log:

hi, got the channels scanned in ok, but hitting play (or double clicking) brings up the scanning for now and next box for about 20 sec then crashes pvrx2.

At a guess, it's not finding one of the UI elements. These are defined in the skin - have you installed the skin files? If you're not using the blue or Community3 skins, you'll need to manually add a 'DVB-T Radio' sub folder to skin2 and copy the skin xml files into it.

If you're sure the skin is correct, could you try again and post the full pvrx2.exe.log file as well as all of the files from the dvbt radio Logs folder.
