oh ok, so maybe it's just the network connection slowing it down.

OK... I've let it run for 6 hours before cancelling... still no progress on the status bar. Probably a network issue as loading individual artist directories does work. Just haven't had the time to let it run for more than 6 hours.

hmmm, I'm not sure what I can do to help here.

Have you ever done an add all media to the same path with winamp or media player?? How long to they take?

I'll revist my update code and try and make it faster....but I can't promise anything.

Sorry, with the current public release you can't.

They are created from what is currently playing.

My next release....which I should have out soon, includes import of M3U files.

Hello,

I have just started using the musiclibrary2 plugin, and I really like it!!

I just have this one strange issue... Once I have started playing some songs (either by ^Y or ^R) and I exit to the main menu, once I get back to the plugin, the control-keys don't work any more.

Setting the logging-level to "debug" gave me the following log-snippet (from gbpvr.exe.log):

It could be that this is something else, but to remove any obvious stuff, I took a clean copy of GBPVR (95.16) and installed just your plugin (and the required skin-files and common-utilities). Using the "Blue" skin as well....

Any ideas??

One other guy had a problem with the Windows Media Player visualizations window swallowing the ctrl key. I'm not sure why, or why it only affects a very small number of people. If this is what is happening for you, the only work around is to display the Windows Media Player visualizations by setting <UseWindowsMediaPlayerForAudio>false</UseWindowsMediaPlayerForAudio> in config.xml

That did it!

Thanks a lot... It's stated playing a lot faster now too.

I guess it's because I'm using the lapop from work (which is using a crippled, locked down version of Windows 2000).

Thanks for your reply....
