What you bolded is different for me, so I have adjusted for those

At this point, I just want the files in the output directory and i'll worry about the burning later.

Yes, I downloaded the version from the wiki yesterday.

I've attached a new log.

did you check for the fmpeg.exe in gbpvr\thirdparty\ffmpeg\?
[notice only 1 "f"]
there should be a fmpeg.exe and a ffmpeg.exe in gbpvr\third party\ffmpeg\
it's acting like it can't find one of them...nothing running at that point

nope...it does that on the fly as it creates dvd...
ffmpeg is supposed to be doing that first thing...but nada..
don't even see any errors...which usually means it completed but on herbies i saw it in action so yours must not be running at all...tho it doesn't say it can't be found...
fmpeg.exe should be 2,606,080 bytes and ffmpeg.exe should be 356,475.
not sure what's happening there..and why no output at all...from command line does it show anything extra? for some reason it's not even trying to run fmpeg.exe from \third party\FFmpeg\ or the output is somehow hidden from logs..
rem out the nero line till we get the file creation thing fixed..[smaller logs]
only thing i can think of is to run from cmdline and scroll back to check if you see anything about ffmpeg running..if possible copy/paste that here..
even if it doesn't exist i'd expect to see a 'file not found' message there!
when it's working there's lots of output..
also check for a 'dvdauthor.exe.stackdump' file in gbpvr and showburner dir..
if it's there delete and try again..if it comes back that's the prob..dvdauthor

ok...so it's processing..ffmpeg is doing it's thing...but dvdauthor is still saying it's trying to find the path but can't...
same as herbie...are you sure that the c:\dvdtmp\tmp1 is there already?
then inside there it will create the video_ts\ dir..
not just the c:\dvdtmp but the c:\dvdtmp\tmp1 also has to exist before creation..
[will be fixed in next version..]
you could also just adjust it to c:\dvdtmp
[no subdirs] to make it easier to find..
let me know if that changes anything..

and yea,that's the logs i needed..Smile
