I tested the latest from joan and was successful for 12 days. There doesn't seem to be as much inof about many programs as I think there should be but it does work for me. Gotta work on the batch file to run the updateepg file but that's minor.
I like how fast this has grown successfully and send thanks to joan and everyone else who have been working on this for the rest of us.

Got the following error when trying to get providers on my primary desktop machine but it seems to run fine on my 2k3 server. I'm in the midst of a vid card replacement on my GB-PVR box but I'll test it before the weekend's over and report back.

There is still problems with channels with the same display name. Hopefully I can explain this correctly. It appears that GBPVR is combining the program info for channels with the same display name. When I go to WFAA-DT in the guide it has overlapping program infoprmation for 2 seperate channels with the same dispaly name but different channel id. Here is a sample from the xml file that it is displaying as a single channel.

I know on ZAP2It they have different display names like WFAADT AND WFAADT2. I don't know if you can do anything to fix this or not? Looking through the guide quickly there a few of these and if needed I can get some more examples.

GB-PVR treats channels with the same name as the same channel.

i got same thing...unless it's just down for backups or something..

EDIT: back up this morning...must have been maintenance...
my satellite only gives me local digital atsc info..

I think it's my desktop since the Yahoo Scraper in the other thread bombs on this machine too - who knows why...:confused:

I'm sure this will work on my PVR box, but I was unable to install the new vid card as I was laid up for the day with an injured knee (slammed it against a fire plug cutting it up and bruising it badly enough that it actually hurts to wear pants - thank God it's Summer!)

Hopefully, I'll be able to get to it later today.
