I will remove all of the () and add the option to include the duration type and other labels. I will remove all of the modifiers and just add a couple to the Description string. (more for demonstration purposes. A person can edit the string and take out what they don't like... It will be about a week, or a bit more.

On second thought, I will have to change some logic in the program in order to have tags when data exists, and remove tags when not.

Currently it does that logic with Actors, Guests, Director and Writer. I'll be adding labels to other datatypes to make this work.

If I were to just allow you to add your punctuation to the String, I would have to parse the string and guess whether the string labele for meant to precede or follow the Field.

in this case I would have to KNOW whether the duration always has something following it, The actors always has a label preceding it, and the parenthesis are alwasy surrounding a year. (could also be Year: 2006)

So I will just make text boxes to save labels to precede and follow the data, and then if there isn't anything, it won't show empty labels...

Hi I'm now using yapi2xml and I get a run-time error "9": Subscript out of range.

Let me know if you want me to send you the whole yapi.xml file . it is 60megs but only 3 megs rar'd so I could easily email it to you.

Looks like a great program, however, I have download it and the ztools support package you mentioned and when I run it the program starts up the windows installer which says:
cd burner xp pro 3 =- the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable - looking for c:\docs\admin\locals\temp\is_37

any suggestions?

There is no way that the program should be behaving like that. I'll bet that the file is corrupt. Try again. It's a simple VB6 program that never accesses the Windows Installer.

Something has happened and I will be several days away from looking at my computer and the source. (I haven't lost the source, it's backed up in a million places)

-OZ-, maybe you can handle this one? It would give you a chance to see the insides of the enhancer. If you wouldn't mind getting his file and opening it in the VB6 dev. It's probably a simple line parsing error. I can see my source in text editor, just not the dev for a while... If you find the bug but can't figure what do do, just send off the snippet to me, and I'll see what needs to be done... Thanks

I will certainly be trying this out, but running it manually will not work for me. Once it is able to be batch-run after the EPG update I will be loading it up!

I attempted to run this over the weekend (Uk Radio Times EPG). It appeared to run successfully and when I viewed the xml in NotePad it looked fine. However when I imported the new EPG into GBPVR, I ended up with a completely empty EPG. When I switched back to the 'unalterred' xml, the EPG reappeared as it had done previously.

I don't know if any logs would be helpful here?
