You need 2.5.9 fully patched with R2 or later and importantly the NEWA 1.31 upgrade. Those logs are something NEWA does, I don't remember why but I turned it off a couple of years ago. If it fails again upload your xbmc.log and web.log files.

Just installed this on my OUYA with XBMC. I tried configuring it and it says that the add on is not configurable. I tried launching and nothing happens. I haven't checked my logs yet as it's a chore on the OUYA, but I did not get any kind of error message either.

X-NEWA doesn't run well on Android at the moment. http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php...nd-android My personal version is working better but I want to fix a few things before releasing anything.

Martin, have you released a new version that is working under Android?

The cross referenced thread linked I posted above does have a version that will run better with Android. Future versions with my Chameleon interface will run on Android (but the new interface doesn't support touch screens)

Hi Martin,

Just set up a new XBMC client using Gotham Alpha v11 and unfortunately I am getting a "dependancies not met"....I downloaded the latest version of XNEWA from the start of this thread (1.4.9 I think?), not sure why it isn't working as I have Gotham Alpha v11 with XNEWA 1.4.9 without issues on another client in my network (therefore the backend is all okay).

Any ideas?

Hi Martin

I decided to revisit your X-NEWA app to see the progress you have made in the last 9 months but I can't get it to work on the systems I have tried it on. I am hoping it is something dumb I am doing and it is an easy fix for you to tell me what I have missed.

The system (to keep it simple I am just running everything on one windows 7 x64 box with XBMC 12.3):

NextPVR 3.1.1
NEWA 2.10
X-NEWA 1.49

Although I can view TV and recordings via Sub's PVR add-on in XBMC, I cannot get X-NEWA to work. It is coming up with, "Unable load NEWA data". I was thinking it may be due to the userid and/or password but trying all possible ideas has not worked. I should say that I can get into NEWA web page without issue and stream live broadcasts via VLC.

I have attached all the log files and db file I think you need but let me know if there is anything else.

X-NEWA is up to version 2.1.0 now http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php...re-release Older versions won't be compatible with NEWA 2.1 because UJB fixed a typo "NameFilterCaseSensative" that breaks older versions.
