Download M3u and XML from NEXTPVR

It can't get artwork from NextPVR using m3u and xmltv.

I've never used Jellyfin myself, so couldn't tell you if this is possible using the plugin or not.

There is apis for all that stuff, like the plugin is probably using (and other clients like the web app etc use).

Again why use xmltv/m3u when the plugin does everything you really need? It's not like you are taking NextPVR out of the pictures. Recordings and scheduling in Jellyfin won't be available to Kodi or NextPVR and vice versa

You'd pretty much either need to use the plugin, or have Jellyfin discover their own artwork. (Emby does something like this).

The problem with 1200+ channels is Jellyfin wants to download the art for every current show and it keeps refreshing that. It probably would be better to load your XMLTV file and m3u into Jellyfin directly and let it pull art from the XMLTV source.

Just to be clear - NextPVR doesn't include artwork for shows it exports in this xmltv, because it doesn't have it for the (potentially) thousands of TV shows it has listings for. Looking up artwork for a show is an expensive activity (time wise), and NextPVR only does it when it absolutely needs to, like when the user click on a show in the TV Guide, or records a show etc. ie, so no way Jellyfin is going to be able to read the artwork from NextPVR's xmltv listings, because there are none there.
