don't understand epg/xml ?

I guess I computer illeterate ...I have gone to Zap 2it and signed in and then tried to update EPG but I am getting nowhere. Do I have to go to somewhere and "program" an xml type format for this to download the EPG? This all is a bit too technical for me I definately need help or an easier way to get my satellite programs to my computer(i have a WinTV-pvr-350).

hmm,and you added that login info into your capture card's epg settings in config? have to do that first..then while you're there you can update the epg while in card setup...then it should work fine..
[oh and be sure to save capture source]
