Where to Buy a PAL USB Tuner From the US

I am going to Qatar in a month or so for a long time. I belive Qatar is part of Asia I think they use the PAL standard. I want to purchase a USB tuner before I leave. Where's the best place to buy a pal tuner online?

The Hauppauge Web Store has both NTSC and PAL versions of most (if not all) of their hardware. The only USB device listed for analogue TV is the WinTV PVR USB2 http://registration.hauppauge.com/websto...sp#pvrusb2. I don't know how good it is as I only use PCI devices.
