Logfiles-reading

Hello
Some of you out there, are very good at reading the logfiles and point out the problems in our setups... I would like to be able to troubleshoot my own setup by reading the logfiles, but i can not find any descriptions of the logfiles(which logfiles holds what information, what program-part maintaines which logfile etc.) .

Can i find this info somewhere, or could somebody create a short description ?

If you're having a problem with gbpvr then look at gbpvr.exe.log, if its the config app then look for config.exe.log

No tricks really, just read and look for possible causes / error reports. Post the logs on here and people will look for you.

There is no description of the log files. They're only really meant to mean something to me, but I do try to be verbose so in lots of situation and users can look in the logs and see an error message and have at least a chance of understanding it.

As McBainUK pointed out, the log file names basically map to the names of the executables.
