I'm proud to present the new simple WYS/WYG skin editor for GBPVR.
This is the first release, it is written in c# .NET (working with .net 2.0)
usage is very simple - open a skin -> edit it by setting parameters -> save.
some screenshots:

this little project is open source so you may change it as you like.
the source is not well documented, but i would be happy to answer on any question.

have fun!

p.s
i know about the SkinTools WYS/WYG editor, but i didn't sucessed to use it without getting exceptions and i think it is to complicated for this simple skin system. (a lot of its functionaly is not implemented in gbpvr)

Nice work.

Good to be able to see how wide, high textstrings are.
But I'm so familiar with the XMLs now so it's faster to hack them in notepad....I guess.

Something I miss for the BaseSkin ThemePacks, is the ability to set/change the ScreenName X,Y for a design.
Having a command line utility that would crawl through all sub skins and change a "common" value would be great.
Best Regards

Notepad++

It's free and supports color coding and gropuing for xml, and more. It is great and I think it is "smaller" than notepad.
