Extract audio from mpeg video

Is there anyway to extract an audio track from an mpeg video copied with GBPVR? I copied an episode of CMT Crossroads and would like to make a CD of the songs in the episode? What is the easiest and cheapest way to do it? Thanks.

Demux the mpg with ProjectX, PVA_Strumento, Tmpegenc, ...
you get then an .mp2-file. BeSweet and the most audio-tools (incl. Nero) are able to convert it to .wav.

projectx can demux and decode to wav for you as well, it's in the options..
