Leadtek DTV1000T PCI DVB-T - Information only

Had a PM from rusconi about their succesful addition of the following card to GBPVRs BDA.ini file. Replicated here in case any one else needs to do the same:

using BDA drivers

rusconi editted the BDA.INI file and added the following entry in order to use the card;

I had to modify the above to get my card to work by referring to the card as a "DTV1000 T" rather than a "DTV 1000T" as shown below. This was discovered by looking at the device names in Windows Device Manager when the card was not found.

The difference appears to be due to changed names in the newer drivers.

The info I originally got from graphedit and sent to ricklous was for driver version 4.0.107.3204 dated 26 June 2005.

I just downloaded version 4.0.112.3218 (26 Jan 2006) have a differnt name in graphedit.

DTV 1000T has now become DTV1000 T. Apparently Twinhan aren't alone in changing driver names.

I installed the drivers that came with my cards... never upgraded cause ...... if it ain't broke.......

GBPVR is failing to detect my WinFast 1000 T even using the above INI entries. The bda drivers are installed (latest from winfast). When I manually set the bda driver using the dropdown it fails to start it (and crashes).

Can you run filtercheck.exe in the gbpvr directory, then zip and attach the filtercheck.log it creates.

Problem solved - I uninstalled the drivers I download from WinFast and installed from the CD that came with the card. Sorry to be a pain ...
