Were you asking for the Web Admin config files, or the GBPVR config files?

normanr Wrote:For some reason the config file isn't being read the same way in this new version. I'll have to have a look at this for my recording plugins, and I'll feedback what I find to UJB. Basically it's loading the defaults.

If you could provide pre-upgrade and post-upgrade (after you re-saved your settings) config files, so that we can compare the differences that would be great.

Actullay....this behavoir is correct....you don't have to log in unless you click on the config tab....this was a security concern.....but once you log in once then you shouldn't have to log in again until you close and reopen the browser.

The concern is that if you are autologing on someone you want to make sure that that person really should have the ability to change things in the config so a forced logon is exectuted when you access the config tab.

So short answer is that the web admin is behaving as it should with auto login enabled.

The Web Admin, the file should be called config-web.xml

ugh, the .net 2.0 magic assembly name bug bites again. I've seen this one at work, and it needs to be fixed, otherwise you'll lose your settings everytime you upgrade.

anyone knows what ip I need to put config-web so that I can "auto-login" from anywhere outside or inside the network like the previous version. Thanks.
