Distortion in Audio

How would i fix distortion in audio in LIVE TV. Right now i'm recording a TV show to see if its the same in the tv show. The recorded tv show worked perfectly.

Any ideas?

I lookedi n the fourm and i couldn't find any titles that seemed related.

It might be the audio decoder you're using.

is there a suggested audio decoder?

I have my video and audio decoder set to InterVideo decoders.
Any other suggestions?

The Intervideo ones should be ok. It might be something else. I dont know what though.

You dont have AC3 Filter or ffdshow audio installed? These cause problems for some users.

I installed the K-Lite codec pack. I think i ahve both installed.

Ok, might be worth investigating those then. You can see a list of what decoders and filters are being used in gbpvr.exe-native.log

I think AC3 Filter or ffdshow arn't being used.

From that lot, I'd guess the Ligos audio decoder is the problem. Its caused problems for other users in the past.
