I have gbpvr on my laptop right now, using a usb capture card. Is there any way to only load the recording service if the capture card is attached? I could probably figure out how to figure out if the capture card is attached or not, and call a command line if it is, but can the recording service be called with a command line, and will it be stable running like this?

Its not designed to worked this way.

You can always start and stop the service with something like the following, but I dont recommend it.
