New laptop copy old set up

Can you copy a file from one pc to another that will copy your devices and chanel settings. I had GBPVR working a treat on my old XP laptop. I now have bought a new spangly Acer with windows 7 prof 64 bit. GBPVR is playing up a bit while trying to set up the tunners. So Can I just copy a file from my old PC?

Or can I do an export import!

sure...copy the gbpvr.db3 and config.xml over to new machine...
now make sure to adjust your recording dirs as they may be different from old machine,and other things should be double checked in config before starting it up...
may be some other differences in win7 and xp, but as long as devices are same and dirs and gbpvr ver. are same,should be ok..

gbpvr.db3 holds capture source config, config.xml is mostly playback stuff..
