Are baseskin and ThemeManage Compatable with v97.7?

GBPVR must be terminated before running the CopyTheme.bat file otherwise GBPVR will "lock" the task images and the new can not overwrite the current ones. ThemesManages should do this before running the Bat file...

I dont know why this happens to you. Have updated to the latest ThemeManager ?
I have no problems at all with ThemesManager

Would you "Rem" out the @Echo Off and place "Pause" at the end of .bat file and see what that shows you?

I really didn't notice any task image problems before this post myself, just there may be a timming issue with MVP users and certain plugins.

Sorry, been away from the forums for a little while. This is probably due to (as already posted), GBPVR being restarted before the CopyTheme bat file finishing.

My development PC is a Athlon 64 which I game on so is pretty nippy. My testing on this showed a few seconds grace with the bat file / GBPVR restart. My HTPC is an older Athlon XP and I've noticed its a bit of a race - sometimes the bat file looses which results in mixed up themes.

In the next release of Theme Manager I will add an option to set the length of time that has to pass before GBPVR is restarted (think it's around 6 seconds at the mo).

Would it help if the CopyThemes.bat had this as the last line?

%ProgramFiles%\devnz\gbpvr\GBPVR.exe

I guess the only drawback would be installations that are not in the "Program Files" directory. Just an idea for timming issues.

I've just uploaded an alternative ThemeManagerHelper.exe to the wiki (in the support section).

The problem is on slower machines GB-PVR is launched before the CopyTheme.bat file has completed, this version of the helper exe has a 10 second wait (as opposed to 3 seconds with the standard exe).
