xrecord plugin install failure....

Not sure why as it seems like it should be simple but when I install xrecord using the latest download the install process goes fine but when GB is told to restart after the install I get this error:

Failed to load resources from resource file
Please check your Setup

Can't run GB config or restart recording service at all. No errors in any of the logs that I can see...

Any ideas?

Latest Xrecord. Installed as per instructions on the wiki no dice. Is this plugin still supported/in use?

No files or docs on the sourceforge project page.

I don't want to upgrade to 97.7 just yet. But I'd really like this plugin....

Got a post in the write place (I think) so this can be ignored/locked....(unless some kind soul can answer the above)

You should be able to pull it from the Wiki, as the version that is there still indicates that it is version .v45. I think jorm only posted the 97.7 version in the forums.
