Hai,

Just to let you know that I made detailed instructions on how to operate FreqCopy (finetune Hauppauge TV cards for use with GB-PVR, SnapStream, SageTV, etc.). I also constructed several XMLTV tools, and made some instructions on how to get an optimal TV Guide (focussing on the Netherlands, but interesting for others as well).

I already referred to this page from my guide, calling it "excellent". And it is.

For those who want to choose between the two guides:

Your guide uses the standard XMLTV Dutch TV guide grabber, which is slow, and its source is weak on BBC channels. However, your guide is a lot easier to use, and I recommend it to those who want GB-PVR to work without too much hassle. Also your guide goes a lot more into the installation of GB-PVR, which is very welcome.

In my guide I assume that GB-PVR (or another PVR software) is already installed, I focus on tweaking the TV Guide settings, offer an alternative to TuningAssistant, and offer some downloadable channel logos (in 1.5 width/heigth ratio, which GB-PVR prefers).
