Sub,in the next release will you allow the name and title of the recording to be the same as the tv guide. For example, Don't Boil!-The Terririfying Dried Demons-Inuyasha-Date and time.mpeg rather than Inuyasha-20060501-0342890.mpeg for archiving purposes.

Splendid and convenient software!Smile

King Argyle's "renamerecording" does this already.
You can never have enough tuners!

I know Big Grin This is IMHO, the single best addon for gbpvr.

I have some ideas for GBPVR.

First for GBPVR to record mpeg-1 video from pvr 150 or other supported mpeg1/2 hardware encoder cards.

Second, for GBPVR to have the american time format option manually setting timers in the recording menu instead of military time.

Third, is short skip (the same short skip option) for the mediamvp. I believe in earlier editions of gbpvr this was present.

Download progress bar for epg update, AND the upgrade epg window can be minimized if possible when updating through taskbar.

The most important one for now is the mvp short skip absence issue.
That was one of the many things that kicked hauppauge software in the backside. Big Grin

Currently, I'm using 96.12.

You can already do this by editing the direct.ini file, and setting one of the recording profiles to use OutputType=2

All times are shown using your machine's "short date format"

Yes. There was a bug that stopped this working in v0.96

I wont be adding this. In most cases it is not possible to tell how far through it is.

I'll go to my local computer shop to download .net 2.0 in order to use the latest GBPVR.

I should mention though, MPEG-1 + MVP = bad idea. Lots of things are quirky on the MVP if you try to play MPEG-1 files. Not worth it in my book - stick to MPEG-2.
