Video Archive - errors in Web Log

Jeff....not sure why this info is coming out in the web logs but it is....If I do not have Video Archiver installed I do not get these messages....as soon as I install it I get these messages.....

Do you have CommonGBPVRUtilities in your plug-in directory? If so you should probably remove it.

No I don't....that is why it is really strange....not only is this info coming out in the web log....it is not in the plugin directory. I did find DLL in the GBPVR directory....is this installed by the VA install? It has a 5/18 date on it.....

Jeff....it appears that the CommonGBPVRUtilities gets installed with VideoArchiver......I ran the uninstall and it was gone from the GBPVR directory along with the errors in the web log....resinstalled and it came back.

Any idea when this issue will be resolved?

Yes, the VA plug-in installs the utilities. Besides theese errors is there something that does not work? Does the plug-in load and work, or does it not show up in the menu. Also, which log file are these messages logged in? I don't use web access to GBPVR so it is something I've never tested.

It appears to work via PC and MVP. Although until I ininstalled VA I was getting erroneous exceptions in GBPVR which have now stopped.

Nothing in any logs(gbpvr or yours) or event logs about the exception.

These messages come out in the logs that are produced via the Enhanced Web Admin(EWA). The can be found:
C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files\gbpvr

They will be under one of the cryptic sub directories....the one with the GBPVRPublic DLL.

If you don't use the EWA then you won't see them.
