This part of the errormessage I have everytime when I start or stop the recordingservice:

Quote:The description for Event ID ( 0 ) in Source ( .NET Runtime ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event:

So I guess the important part is the last part about the .Net runtime etc etc
AMD Athlon 64 3000, HDD: 80, 120, 200 GB, Hauppauge 350 + 150, MVP, Asus 6000L Laptop client, Asus X50sl client,
Fritz!box 7140 modem/router, GBPVR 1.3.7.

I scheduled and sucessfully recorded a show using the Enhaced Web Admin (love it!) but I don't see it listed in my GBPVR Recordings or What's New or Ready?

Have I missed setting something up?

Thanks,
Dave

PS - Sorry if this has been asked before but I searched this thread and didn't see an answer but with it being so long, I honestly didn't look at each post on every page.

No, it doesn't appear in the GBPVR when I run it (under Recordings or What's New or Ready), but it is on my hard drive!

Having an issues with the TV-Guide and Web interface.
I'm using the XMLTV Plugin to get my channel line-up. The channel lineup comes in military time ie: 1800 = 6:00PM. If I schedule a recording from the web interface for that time, GBPVR records at 0600 or 6:00 AM. Scheduling directly from the PC or my MVP DOESN'T cause a problem.

I reverted back to Zap2it configuration, cleared and updated the EPG, but problem still exists. Since I recreated the problem with the standard Zap2It settings, I figured the XMLTV Plugin was not the problem.
I've changed back to XMLTV Plugin and am posting the question here.

Thanks

Still not sure why some recordings scheduled and correctly recorded through the Enhanced Web Admin are not showing up when I go to Recordings, either on GBPVR directly or on the web. Makes me thiink they never got entered into a log or database. Is that possible?

Interesting.....the EWA doesn't do anything special with times when scheduling.....it simply pulls the times from the program using the GBPVR API and then uses the API to schedule the show.....

i just ran across a problem with the newest build...

i have recently moved, and changed timezones on my computer. The web admin time didn't change, however. It still shows the old time (one hour behind) on the "server time", and starts the listings on that time. I'll play around with it to find a fix, but i thought UJB might like to know about this.

So you are saying your sytem time is set correctly but EWA is not displaying what the actual server time is?

The time info is pulled from standard system.datetime calls which interact with the clock on your GBPVR server.

Edit: I just went into my server...change the time to be 12 hours earlier than it actually is and when I accessed the EWA the time showing matches what is on the server.
