Recording service no longer overrides Live-previewTV

If you have setup a show to be recorded and you are currently watching TV in Live-preview mode at the time the recording is supposed to start, then the recording does not start until you exit Live-previewTV.

Old GBPVR versions used to automatically exit live-previewTV just prior to the recording starting, however this stopped working sometime over the last few GBPVR versions.

Have I missed something, or is this a bug?
