I hope they took it in that manner, and not the context you have.

 What does this plug-in do?

(Sorry, but I haven't got time to read thru 100+ pages and the Wiki is no help either...)

normanr Wrote:mmm, I know that recording plugins are needed in both locations, if you want the EWA to work properly. I agree the duplication sucks.

mmm indeed. You're probably wondering why on earth I'm persisiting with this, but EWA always actually worked OK, until I did "something" like try to access one of the tabs too fast which makes it fail, and once failed EWA then stops functioning.

Now, to your suggestion: I tried your suggestion and put a copy of all the plugin dll's in devnz\gbpvr\plugins into devnz\gbpvr\web\plugins.

I attach the before and after logs. EWA does work either way, with and w/o the plugin dll's in devnz\gbpvr\web\plugins but I still get the error log on the first EWA access after restarting config. Should I just ignore these errors or is this an indicator of an underlying issue in either (a) My setup or (b) EWA or © All these plugins?

I extracted the main errors which are

Error initializing plugin (ReflectionTypeLoadException): C:\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr\plugins\recordPlugin.dll
Error initializing plugin (ReflectionTypeLoadException): C:\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr\plugins\Guide2J.dll
Error initializing plugin (ReflectionTypeLoadException): C:\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr\plugins\WeatherPlugin.dll

Could not load file or assembly 'CommonGBPVRUtilities
Could not load file or assembly 'FastFindPlugin

With the EXCEPTION of 'CommonGBPVRUtilities these are the only plugins files in \devnz\gbpvr\plugins\

Cheers,
k.

It is a web page interface to schedule, view and soon to stream your recordings....the web server is part of GBPVR....go into config....go to the misc tab and enable the web admin.

Then type in your browser: http://localhost:7647/guide.aspx

You can also access your video and music libraries.

Since this morning (I think) I have different date notation on two different systems. On the picture you see both sytems on one screen with Ultravnc.

The one on top is how it is supposed to be. It looks like the box onn the other one is too small to show all the txt.
Any ideas?

The web admin uses the format that the browser asks for. Check under Tools > Internet Options > General > Languages.

Ok, great that did it. However, I had dutch as first language and english as second. When I removed english everything was ok.

You should probably leave both in, but you can change the order to the way you like it. EWA should pick the first one advertised by the browser.

I had it in the right order (afaik), but it didn't work right. I don't need the english language in there. It wasn't in there untill a few days ago, I put it in there for some kind of test.
