Loss of recorded programs (video redo)

Recently I started to loose the recorded programs. This does not happen every time but more than half. Whether it's a manual recording or pre set recording. The file is being captured as I can see the file size increase. Then, after the post processing file kicks in, I can see the VPrj file being made and VideoReDo doing it's work but then, both files disappear.
I did update to VideoReDo Plus 2.2 from 2.1 and I guess something about is not ok but I can't figure out what it is or how to tell what the new version may be doing.
I appreciate your suggestions.

Post your complete parallelprocessing.bat and postprocessing.bat
It sounds like you've got comskip doing the right thing, making the .vprj, and videoredo editing it, but something is being deleted or moved.
If you are using renamerecording(s), this could also be the cause, depending if the show actually has a title, or not. I had issues when shows would work fine, but movies would not, because there's no episode name on a movie.

Thanks for trying to help reboot. I'm enclosing the postprocessing batch file (rem'd until it is fixed) but don't even see a parallelprocessing file. Did a complete system search and don't see one. I don't ever remember seeing it mentioned before but that means absolutely nothing.
If you need another file, please let me know.

I tried another program tonite of 30 minutes and it worked ok with the Postprocessing bat file set the way it has been. I can't figure what's causing it but maybe whatever it is has 'left the building'.

UnREM the lines you need to get the processing done (the 4th and 5th ones), then REM out the two lines that begin with "MOVE".
This should allow full processing, with nothing being moved, and you get two files:
filenameanddate.mpg
_cleaned.mpg

Are you using renamerecording, or renamerecordings?

Thanks reboot, I'll give this a try.
I was using renamerecordings but I think I read where it wasn't supported in the current version....or even last version. I'm not sure. I may rem those out as well.

Oops. Now nothing is recording at all. The Program name is immediately added to the Video folder but remains blank with no files added. The system is showing it is recording.
Something I've installed recently must have caused a problem but I don't know what could have. May need to wipe it and reinstall.

Did a repair install and it helped somewhat. The shows are recording but when complete, comskip does it's thing and when it's ready to be handed over to VideoReDo, the file disappears. So for now, it's regular recording without the commercials getting cut. I still think updating to the latest version of VideoReDo caused the problem.
