Something hard-locking my computer

I say "something" in the title because I can't say if it's GBPVR causing the problem, or .NET Framework, or something else. But the problem is basically this: after I reboot my computer, if I try to start GBPVR, the config utility, even if I right-click the icon in the tray and choose "About", it will hard-lock my computer. By "hard-lock" I mean that they keyboard and mouse stop working, nothing changes on the screen at all, pressing Caps Lock or Num Lock doesn't toggle the lights on the keyboard, Ctrl+Alt+Del does nothing. The only way to fix it is to physically press the reset button on the computer. After rebooting I wait 15-30 minutes before I even think of starting GBPVR.

This has been going on for quite a while, through several versions, but I've put off trying to fix it until now. I just installed the latest version, rebooted, and tried to start GBPVR, and the computer hard-locked. The computer is at home right now and I'm at work, so I can't reset it until I get home. But my logs are attached on my post from this morning.

Any ideas where I should start looking in order to fix the problem?

Given its been happening to you for several versions, and I havnt been seeing any other reports of this, I'm guessing its some sort of hardware instability on your PC. Maybe RAM? Maybe power supply?

If you dont need to access live tv or do a recording for this to occur, then its unlikely to be related to the capture card or its drivers. Maybe video card or it's drivers?

I have to check though, you're not using the TV out on a PVR350 are you? This can cause these sorts of problems.

I have a PVR250, and I don't have anything connected to the TV out. (I don't even know that there is a TV Out on the 250?)

I'll test the RAM with the ISO from memtest86.org and see what it says. I don't know how to test the power supply though. I'll also look for updated video drivers, and let you know.
