No OSD on win2k + tv out

would you expect it could be the video card? I might snag one from work and give it a shot if that seems likely.

I ended up reinstalling the video card drivers and the OSD starting appearing but it would replace the main screen. I switched over to vmr9 and switched the video decoder off of the cyberlink decoder to the intervideo one and everything works perfectly. I didn't think vmr9 and win2k was an option but somehow it is. Anyway, thanks for your help.
