.net-Error within win2k installation

As I switched over from SW "myhtpc" I get a very basic trouble: i do not get gbpvr started! I read wiki and installation notes for new release. I´ve installed
.net 2.0 and vcredist_x86.zip. As I am using Win2k (I would prefer to use that OS further - system requirements are not so high as winXP) I installed MDAC2.6 as described on gbpvr.com. Error message when trying to start any part of gbpvr:
unhandled exeption has occurred in your application.The module could not be found (exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)
Am I right, that latest release 1.1.5 is suitable for win2k too?
Has anybody got same instalation troubles?

I couldnt tell you for sure. GB-PVR is not tested on Win2K.

You might also need to update your version of Windows Media Player.

You probably need to update Windows Media Player or DirectX. Check out this thread http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php...hlight=w2k
