Trouble with FM tuner: PVR150MCE/WinXP Pro

Hi,

I'm a PVR newbie. I just installed a PVR150MCE in a WinXP Pro machine. Everything seems to be working perfectly, except that GBPVR can't find the FM tuner. The error message is: "Unable to locate available FM tuner".

I installed the SW from the Hauppauge site, and it works with the FM tuner.

Any ideas what I've done wrong?

GBPVR is great--wow!

Can you reproduce the problem, then zip and attach your logs?

If you're trying to listen to FM radio via a MVP, you'll probably be missing the LAME MP3 encoder directshow filter.

I went and looked at the configuration again. I had mistakenly selected the PVR150 instead of the PVR150MCE. Now everything works.

Incidentally, is there a way to record FM radio with GBPVR?
