Creative DXr3

Hello,

It could be very nice to decode MPEG2 using dxr3 card. The goal is to uncompress signal using hardware decoder and display it on desktop.
My problem is PVR350 use only hardware decode to TV-Out.

Last time I checked, the Creative DXR3 is actually a Sigma Designs Hollywood Plus DVD/MPEG2 decoder card.

Unfortunately, this card is not supported.
You need a Sigma Designs XCard.

The "problem" is that I own a DXr3 and I will not buy another card

To Sub: Is it possible or too difficult to integrate this chipset in supported hardware playback devices?

Believe me, this would take weeks of very hardware work. At this stage I have no plans to add support for this.

I beleive you
