Problem with Enhanced Web Admin

This is my first time using GBPVR. I just installed it at around 8 yesterday. (so it has been about 14 hours since the install).

When i try going to the Enhanced webadmin link using this.
http://localhost:7647/gbpvr/guide.aspx

i get this error.

Any ideas why i get this error?

May be worth reading the EWA wiki page.

Noticed this line in the installation section

If a gbweb.dll file exists in the gbpvr\web\bin directory it should be deleted
