Recordings in the DB not showing up

I have a number of video files that are in the SQLite database that are not showing up under 'Recordings'. I think they may not be present in recordings-dump.xml for some reason?

Anyway, how can I remedy this problem? It seems to be an ongoing problem rather than a past problem--I can't really detect it as it is happening.

It seems that if a recording is in the database or in the recordings-dump.xml, it should show up under 'Recordings' if the file exists, is that not the case?

Its not clear why exactly it happened, but you've got one log file full of database errors saying it was unable to update the database due to it being locked. This is almost certainly why your recordings are not showing up.

Unfortunately your logging level is set to 'Error' so there is no useful debug info in there. Set your log level back to 'Debug' and next time it happens, post the logs again.

I think the problem was happening because of another plugin (XRecord, I think?) that was causing an error everytime there was an EPG update. I've removed it, and I don't think I've had the same problem since.
