Object reference not set to an instance of an object

I have seen this error message referenced before but can't tell how to resolve it, can anyone halp? If I need to attach logs can you please tell me how to do that also?

this can be a fairly non-specific error - so you may need to upload the logs. go to \program files\devnz\gbpvr and there's a bunch of text files in there. zip em up, and attach using the paper clip icon in the post editor...

Yes I read the wiki and I am using the intervideo noncss decoder, I am using a non-clone hauppauge card, and I am using no plugins.

I will attach the log files later.
