Quick plug for the FREE Gimp

If you don't have photoshop or a decent graphics tool to create your themes... The FREE Windows version of the Gimp might be your ticket. It's what I've been using.

Have you tried GimpShop?

It is a "hack" of Gimp that makes it look and feel more like photoshop.

gimpshop always is crashing for me, theres paint.net which is a C# version of paint but also has layers etc.
