Live TV Off-Centered

I was forced to rebuild my box. Now, Live TV is skewed to the right a little. I'm using a PVR-150 on an HDTV with an ATI 9600 card. I've tried removing all the drivers for all hardware and re-installing, but the problem persists. I did not have this problem with my previous version of GB-PVR, but then again, after the rebuild, any number of variables may have changed. Has anyone seen anything like this?

I figured this out. I switched from "vmr9 custom renderer" to "vmr9". No black bar.
